Waste of time going there all they do is say go on line. They are using covid to abdicate the responsibility of giving any customer service. Complete joke. Certianly not our tax dollars being put to use. They should have a tape recorder at the front door with a menu button. Each button should trigger the recording to say go home and go on line. Theyve even gone so far as to remove all public computers

I have never seen such blatant power triping individual in a government funded position that fail to use common sense, judgment or ability to proform a task ...it's like having trudoe answer a question with hissy fit ... Italian, French, cypress, Germany may be bad but this bunch win the award . Funny part they make 3 times what you do and pension with no accountability.

I forced to put on a mask by an angry old troll sitting in the entrance or I wouldn’t be served. I can’t wear them because I break out into rash. (Allergic to horrible ingredients in the mask)He didn’t care. I put one on and carried on. (I thought masks were only in “medical settings”) thankfully the lady helping me didn’t mind me pulling it down. The little time I had the mask on actually made my face and neck red and itchy.I didn’t realize COVID is only in federal buildings. Wake up people.The nice lady helping me made up for this experience. Really nice and friendly and super helpful.

Trying to call to speak to someone about jobs and all i get is a survey to win a cruise!
