Good place to bank with. I have done business with them twice as their rates are normally unparalleled by other financial institutions, including other credit unions. I did, however, encounter an issue the second time I invested with them, which one of the branch managers resolved. Thats shows me that they take their clients’ satisfaction seriously.

Very unprofessional credit union. They Don't respond to emails or calls. I am a top producing mortgage broker that had clients that specifically asked me to place their mortgage with their credit union. I contacted them several times with ZERO responses or follow ups.They don't want new clients! Do yourself a favor and use a more professional place to bank with.
