Cartier Kitchens & Baths

Ordered one kitchen cabinet for a thousand dollars. It took a year before it was installed, and the installed cabinet was badly damaged (see pictures). The doors were missing handles. It was installed in June. Ever since then, (now it is December) I was trying to contact them to install a new, undamaged cabinet with no success. This is what you get from Cartier Kitchens for a thousand dollars: one badly damaged cabinet. So far tried to complain to Better Business Bureau for a resolution. They left the complaint with no response.

They built the cabinets for my Mattamy River Mill home. The quality of the material they used and the workmanship were very disappointing. Cabinets were not aligned right/damaged even after we called them in, screws were sticking out and trims were missing. Their installers left wood chips in cabinets hidden and coming out gradually over our bathroom stuff.

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.All they want is your money, then they give you the worst service ever.Cabinets takes forever. My kitchen cabinets were incomplete and when I call to discuss about it, they completely ignored me .It's been over two months and still waiting for the remaing of my doors, panels and other important items. We used Barrie location by the way.I contacted Head office in Brampton and theypromised to take care of my complaint right away.Then they told me all missing parts would be ready in a week , 3 weeks has passed and still waiting for them.They don't bother responding to any of my phone calls or emails .I just hope people can read all the bad reviews this company has and stop dealing with them. Customer don't deserve to go through all this type of frustration.

We met Adrian from Cartier Kitchens at the Improve show room. He came in for measurements and had samples readily available for us to chose from. The cabinets were delivered and installed exactly to the time frame. We couldn't be happier with the end result they look amazing. We had one size problem with a draw that couldn't close due to a pipe and he reconfigured a new draw and came back to install at no additional cost. I would definitely use Cartier Kitchens again and highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and professionalism.

Do NOT use this company!! We used Cartier kitchens through our builder. When our kitchen was installed there was damage on almost every cabinet or counter top.our island was even made too short. When we reached out to Joe. He was no help. and forwarded me to a Paul Somers who is probally the most useless person onthe earth if he even exists. I haven't received one call back or one email Reply.the take your money and run!! Never Never use this company!! Worst company I have ever dealt with

Low quality cabinets, shoddy workmanship and non-existent customer service! One of our rental condos used Cartier Kitchens for the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Within a few days, the kitchen cabinet doors fell off. The screw holes were all worn loose, so we couldn't screw the doors back on. Whoever did the installation just loosely stuck the doors to the base cabinets and called it a day. And because the cheapest and lowest quality composite boards were used for the base frame, the screw holes got easily worn loose and became unusable. We tried reaching out to Cartier Kitchens multiple times but never ever did they even respond to our emails. We called and they took down our number but never had anyone call us back! They clearly didn't care about word of mouth or customer satisfaction.

It has been a nightmare dealing with Cartier kitchens. They were contracted by our builder for our kitchen cabinets. The cabinet colour and the corners were obviously different and the service technician simply told us there is nothing they could do. Their solution was to cut and nail another white plastic piece to ‘camouflage’ the mismatch. There are holes under the cabinet where the adjacent cabinets are supposed to meet. They refused to address the issue and simply stated ‘that’s how it is’ this is not the first preconstruction home we have purchased and we have never had issues like this. Anyways. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Multiple issues involving quality and installation. We have been waiting 9 months for the replacement of a single damaged door. Also, they refused to repair a poor installed island but, eventually, said they could hide the damage with trim. All this was before Covid so not a factor, just a terrible company.

What can I say about this company other then TERRIBLE customer service. Well customer service doesn’t exsist!! Started our kitchen Reno August 1st and STILL not done!! Used their AJax location. Contacted head office in Brampton at least 6 times in last month and people keep telling me they are going to call back and help us deal with Ajax location but NO ONE has EVER called!! I keep leaving messages with them....nothing! This has been the WORST experience I have ever had. What was supposed to be an exciting time getting a new beautiful kitchen, has turned into our biggest nightmare EVER! From day 1 it has been an unorganized MESS!! Never again....never!!

We have used this company two times in the past. We have had excellent cabinetry made with very good customer service. Vic Singh was our sales rep and he always managed to help when there was an issue and there were some as is normal with many custom projects. The quality of our cabinets and hardware is incredible and was never disputed. But after nine months of renovating a home and countless emails and text messages, Vic has proved to be helpful and reliable.I would definitely use the company again in the future.
