Freedom Mobile

Sales only No customer service and apparently independent retailer, not even warranty work. Makes me wonder why it has Freedom name displayed. May as well go to Walmart.

Went to transfer my phone from my father's name to my name, they did something on the computer for 2 mins then said I had to come back in a week, I came back, they did something on the computer for 30mins then said I had to call customer service in a few day. I decided to call them when I got home and was told that they cannot do what I was asking over the phone, so I went to Welland instead and the guy there was able to do it in less than 20 mins. Pretty sure the original people were just brushing me off until I stopped coming back.

Neha was beyond helpful, she was able to solve my problem professionally and was very patient with me. I'd give her 10stars if I could. Excellent.

No knowledge, reception not many places pricey

Terrible. Over all just terrible.In store was lied to about how payment and billing went.A WEEK after I signed up my account was suspended because I apparently had a credit limit and billing wasn’t even what I was told it would be. There was additional charges to the account as well.When I opened a chat, customer service didn’t care. Lack of compassion and caring for what I as a new customer was going thru.Called in and still no care or compassion. Kept repeating the same things over and over, not willing to properly listen.When I finally got a manager I was told I would receive a credit to my account as good faith because I was already looking at a new carrier after being lied to. Manager told me I would get the credit regardless.Was able to scrounge money together to pay a little more than what was suggested to restore my services and now they’re denying to add the credit to my account, stating I SHOULD receive it maybe on my third bill.They set up automatic withdrawals to my account without asking me first so my credit card was already linked to my account.They charged me an “assisted payment fee” that I didn’t find out until AFTER and it was NOT explained as to what it was.All in all, terrible company. Do NOT care about customers, especially new customers. They’ll con you, lie to you, mislead you and when you voice your concerns/issues, you’ll get talked over and not listened to. Nothing will be explained to you and you’ll walk away even angrier than when you first went into the issue.Honestly if I could give negative stars, I would. I left Lucky Mobile because they were a joke and now I’m sitting here regretting it because Freedom is atrocious.

I'm not nearly as satisfied as I used to be with Freedom. J called 3 times to change my plan. As I need unlimited data but even calling 3 times where I actually got to talk to someone. And the last person said to wait on hold while they spoke with someone & after waiting an hour I figured she wasn't coming back. Cuz the 2nd time I called the girl said, your acct is really messed up. So she said, I'll give you the 90$ plan for what you pay now. Which was 5o$ at the time & I also said...I won't have to go through this again right? You fixed the problem. Well she didn't fix the problem cuz I called back & that's when I got put on hold til I hung up. Still not on the plan I want. And would love to switch my phone but there's a problem to do that. Which was ridiculous...but yeah, I would not refer someone to freedom. Which is sad....cuz the 1st review I did for them. I was saying how happy I was. But these people working there don't care at all if you're happy or not

Very helpful employees. I've had so many issues with how to work my phone and have popped in to ask to help. No problem and they take time to explain.Most popular phones that I wanted are out of stock. I've used Freedom Me bile service for over 2yrs and have had no issues. Great deals for plans. Only thing is if you venture west of Niagara falls or north in Toronto you are connected to Nationwide for data roaming .They sell accessories for your phone and there is lots of parking in the plaza.

Worst customer service ever. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Employees very rude and disrespectful. Don't bother asking for a manager. Can't even return a phone under the 15 day return policy. Due to some wrinkled paper.

Horrible attitudes with the workers I encountered. The guy could not stop hassling me with sales tactics. I knew exactly what I wanted and needed, nothing else. The man made a 15 minute sale into a 45 minute argument session for whatever reason and no sale. He denied to sell me any product I was looking for because I denied earlier on with other products I did not want. Ridiculous... Waste of time and breath.

Wow,, What a great experience I had with Mr. Ron and Mr. Sid.Both customer service representatives at the store were Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative.I highly recommend this place.
