I bought a used EV from this dealership, shopping from Atlantic Canada. The salesperson was excellent the entire time, made the process as easy as possible, found a way to ship the car close to me, kept in pretty constant communication the whole time.They made shopping from Atlantic Canada quite easy, so I'm sure if you're in their area, this would be a great dealership to shop at.

Very friendly and bilingual. Worked with us on a number of vehicles and have been excellent every time.

I CANNOT believe the awesome service I have been getting from here since I bought my used car there a month ago. Every little issue I've had, they have fixed, no questions asked. Sales, mechanics, you name it, they have treated me as a valued customer even though it was my first time there. If I buy new, or any other purchase, I know where I'm going. Highly recommend :)

Honestly great buying experience, but nothing but issues since.If you do not speak French, you will not be treated fair here, let alone get service.

The reply is a joke. --If you want to be sure to get 0 after sale service, just buy there. Even for family, theses guyw CLEARLY don't care about their longtime customers. Yeah let's sugarcoat until we get them money, then you're ALONE.DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THESES. LIARS.

Nice Canada dry cooler and nice cars

We bought a used 2017 CR-V about 8 months ago. It’s been a frustrating and embarrassing experience. The high pressure fuel pump, fuel injectors, and both camshafts needed to be replaced. The infotainment screen would go into a fit beeping and changing the brightness, had to turn the car off and on to get it to stop. Mostly fixed with a software update. The heat didn’t work and there was a clicking noise from the dash, took two visits and more than a week at the dealer to fix. The remote start and automatic door locks stopped working due to a door harness that fell apart. The hvac blower failed. The valve cover and timing chain cover started to leak oil. The bottom trim moulding on the outside of one of the doors fell off. AND… there is a rattle coming from under the dash that they “can’t hear”. They offered to buy back the car at a ridiculously low price. I do not recommend this dealership.
