Great customer service and fast work! Got my custom glass next day!

Booked them and after a month of waiting they call to set up a time for when they wanted to come no lead time. They called at 3:30 in the afternoon to book for the next morning and we asked for a little lead time and Brandon did everything in his power to get out of helping.

If I could give them 0 star, I would!I want to ask to people...why do you make a custom made door shower? Because I think,that you want a job well done and fit perfectly your shower door, right?Well, let me briefly tell my story, and explain why I gave them one star...I call them to take the measurements for the door of an alcove shower,the results are the measurements were wrong, with one inch both side of space (which it will be water leaking everywhere, because I have jets in my shower), so I expected that at least they'll put a frame to cover it, but they said that they don't do that! So I could buy a simple door from Home Depot, spend 1/4 of the price and get a job well done....Instead,Now after asking them to solve the issue, I'm without a door, NO MONEY BACK AND 8 HOLES IN MY TILE SHOWER...IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Approximately 4 weeks ago, we called to get a quote on a front, kitchen window that has been cracked for a while but had not yet caused us any issues.The day before they were supposed to come measure our window, my husband instructed the AH Glass employee to make sure to let me know he had arrived so we could discuss what kind of window we were thinking of.The man never knocked or rang our doorbell and while measuring the window, he damaged it further by pushing the cracked piece inward and somehow CHIPPING IT in two spots!The AH Glass employee never called back and so my husband had to constantly call to get ahold of him. He lied and denied that he had damaged our window further. He then said he would get back to us with quotes for our window. He NEVER CALLED BACK! He completely disappeared/ ghosted us even though my husband continued to try to get ahold of them afterward.After the damage, I was still willing to give AH Glass my business but after hearing from my husband that the man had lied to us, never will I ever give AH Glass my business and I will let everyone I know about this awful joke of a business".We have since moved on to an HONEST trust worthy company to install our new window."

Well rounded glass company real good at what they do.

I broke the glass shelf in my fridge and they cut a new piece for me. Within an hour my fridge was good as new. They were also very friendly and helpful on the phone.

This is the first time we used this company and I have to say they are THE best company to get for your glass! They are thorough, quick and answer any questions I had. I Highly recommend AH Glass :)

wonderful job supplying and installing our custom glass shower. Will definitely use them again.
