Pretty bad customer service, the store was relatively empty of customers and it took absolutely forever for someone to help us just pay for our order. Guy was just sitting there counting change and we asked for help a few times over.

I HOPE THEY ANSWER PHONE CALLS. ALWAYS. RINGNING. SEEMS LIKED NOBODY WANTS TO RECEIVE THE CALL. WOW

Bob and the bald guy are so rude

I waited on hold with CanadianTire for over 15 minutes and decided to hang up... Called PartSource and immediately spoke to a nice lady and requested a part. Within 5 minutes they called me back and set aside my requested part. 10/10 A+++

Rude staff, told me to leave at first, then told me to take my car to a mechanic instead when I came to pick up parts for my car

I went about 2 months ago and purchased wiperblades. I was a little annoyed that even though I had purchased 2 wipers the staff member wouldn't install the one they had in stocks because the other one was on order for the next day and the deal says both wipers. I became even more annoyed when I realized I was sold a broken wiper and it kept flying off when I needed it most. I went back to the store today and explained all that calmly and the young man who was serving me was amazing. He was helpful, he bent over backwards to look up a receipt so he could reimburse me for a new pair. He installed them and apologized constantly for the wait as I had been there 1.5 hrs. He even noticed that I was sold the wrong size wipers and took the time to properly measure and fit my wipers. After the 1st experience I had no intention on returning. Now, I would recommend them to anyone.

Canadian tire no answer part source first ring. Quality park and took only ten minutes

I came to purchase windshield wipers. After walking around I was approached by a very kind employee named Gary, he was able to explain the differences in brands and recommended one in my price point. He even came out to install them. Great service at this part source!

Absolutely unbelievably horrible service. Called them to confirm they had the part I needed, said ok I'm on my way to come get it" guys says "ok" and hangs up. I drive across the city and they had sold the part to someone else. Then tried to blame it on me saying I should have asked the guy to put it aside. So I just left

The guy said I had to leave my dog in the car the heat was 34 outside. Definitely not pet friendly.
