On Tuesday I made an appointment for my washing machine for Thursday between 9-12. They did not show up. At noon I called to ask where they were. They said they tried calling me yesterday to change it between 1-3pm (They lied, they never tried calling). I said fine, see you then. They didn’t show up. At 3 I called to ask where they were, they said they would get right back to me. At 4, I still hadn’t heard back. Called again, they said they would call me right back. Again, no call. So I wasted my whole day waiting for them and they never showed, and couldn’t even bother calling me back. When I called a third time, they would answer the phone and hang up immediately. This “company” is a joke. It’s like dealing with 12 year old kids. Don’t waste your time.
