Basco Calgary Window Replacement & Repair

BASCO Calgary has replaced the glass in 26 of my windows over the past 2 years, in addition to replacing the operators and locks in all my windows throughout our home. Their pricing was very competitive, the service provided when removing the old glass and installing new glass was excellent and the work was completed in a very professional manner. All work was completed on time and on budget with absolutely no additional costs added to the agreed upon quote. I highly recommend this company! We had a couple of small windows that were fogging up and needed to be replaced as well as our massive living room window. I wasn’t worried about the cost of the small ones but knew the large one would be in the thousands. Basco Calgary to the rescue! Michael was the representative who came to our house and explained options. We were thrilled that there was a process to save the large living room window. They drilled holes, cleaned between the two panes with alcohol, and then checked and rechecked that we were happy. Jan and Michael did an amazing job and were incredibly polite and very friendly. Their attention to detail and their willingness to explain the process as well as manage my expectations was much appreciated and very professional. Also impressed that if we decide to replace the window in the future (because the seal is gone R value is lowered) they will credit the cost of this service to replacing the window. If you have a window that is fogging up, Basco has the perfect solution which is painless to have done and more so… painless to the pocketbook! A quote was free and the advice was honest. Basco repaired my garage window as well as my back door window. The quoting process was smooth and I feel that I paid a fair price with the service done on time! Cant ask for much more for a window repair. Would highly recommend!
