Hired Bruce to find a water leak going into my downstairs neighbor's. After 4.5 hrs of work, the problem went from a drip to a flood. A valve had been installed in my neighor's ceiling that controlled my water. Unacceptable! Communication was rude or none-existant and after 6 months all I have is a bill but zero explanations. STAY AWAY!

A.K.A Par Excellence".....STAY AWAY. this man is a broker who contracts out. He takes payment in advance of services. I've been over charged on my credit card for work he never followed through with. He doesn't return phone calls siting he is overwhelmed with work and isn't responsible for 3rd party services. He could use some better Customer Relations training as well."
