Only 2 bathrooms really weird crowded layout. Food was good. Parking lot was bad. Service was good. Id give them a 4 or 5 on Service but the total package , parking lot, lack of bathrooms its a 3. It was quite irritating.

They Could not get our orders straight. The service was good but they did not know what they were doing. They had 7 people serving customers at the drive by window and 2 serving walk in guests creating long line ups inside. Very frustrating. If this is how Tim Hortons is now serving walk in guests, then I will go to Robin's instead

This is the only Tim Hortons that I know of that has a view of a lake from the drive-through. We were literally freaking out as we drove up, because this is nothing like what we have in Ontario. Our food came out very quickly, despite the drive-through being very long. The attendant even let us give her a little bit of garbage from our car, which had accumulated from our road trip. Would definitely recommend for a stop

The food is always the same,some new items but always fresh.Great coffee but as of the last few months the drive through can't seem to get the order correct. Every morning I get off work around 5.30 am.Go to to Tim's and order the same Items, steak and egg on an English Muffin and a steeped tea. Not once have they gotten the order right. Either it coffee,hot chocolate or other hot beverages,same with the sandwich.Never right.The order looks good on the screen but when you pay for it get served it is something totally different. I gave up going to Tim's.

We stopped in twice during our Newfoundland road trip and both times I had the best Tim's breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The place was also very clean and welcoming.

Ordered through the mobile app. The app picked up TCH Clarenville instead of Gander. As soon as I hit placed order, I noticed the mistake and immediately called the store. Was given a run around and asked to call back in 10 mins. I did so and was told they spoke with owner and there was nothing they could do. It was a $28 order that was not made by the time ai contacted them. Good customer service would be to at least offer the Oder B filled at a later date if not refunded. Needless to say my next Tim’s stop will NOT be at a Clarenville location. In hindsight I should have put the word out for someone to have enjoyed lunch on me instead of trying to cancel the order and saving owner $$$. Not a happy customer.
