Great hosts. Kayak rental was super easy and Paula and John were nothing but friendly and helpful. Only rented kayaks this time but wished we had found it for accommodations! Bunch of unique accommodations, kids would have loved the house boat - next time!

Just got home from my 3rd stay here. I absolutely love it! The owners are wonderful, and very accommodating. The location is also great as there's easy access to both sides of Seneca Lake, Geneva and Waterloo. We will definitely be back!!

I reached out to John in August of 2022 to host a pontoon boat ride for my father and me on Seneca Lake. We had an absolutely wonderful day on the water! John took us through the Canal and out onto Seneca Lake, making sure to tell us all about the history of the area along the way. John's wealth of knowledge and stories he shared were amazing and we are so grateful for our boat ride. We went swimming deep in the lake and saw so many beautiful landmarks. I can't recommend John and Paula enough. Make sure to book an experience with them soon!

This was a great place to kayak! It’s on a canal, as the name implies, which is much more interesting than the lake. John is amazing and spent a lot of time explaining to us how to kayak and what we might see from a wildlife perspective. Great experience, thanks John!

My fiance and I have been here 5 times now and we love it. The owners John and Paula are two of the nicest people. There are so many things to do there and in the local area. We are already scheduled to go again in August.

We rented a double kayak today. John was so nice, helpful, and interesting. He was very knowledgeable. The kayak was brand new. We saw lots of birds and turtles. He also has unique places to rent on the canal. Check it out.

My fiancée and I had a great experience that was affordable and unique to the finger lakes. The double kayak and paddles we rented were very new. The owner John provided us with great insight to the area which is filled with local wildlife (Turtles! Birds! Some fish too!)We spent about an hour doing a figure 8 around some of the mini-islands. The view in the canal was beautiful. We're novice kayakers and this trek into nature was super easy yet rewarding for us!Great atmosphere. Wonderful business. We'll be back.

Captain John was amazing - my family of 6 just spent the most wonderful afternoon exploring the canals and swimming in the lake. He is wonderful with children and extremely knowledgeable about the area, having grown up here. I can't imagine a better day on the water!!

Lovely but of water with herons overhead and swallows feeding young perched on branches beside us. The canoe was clean and in good condition. Couldn't ask for more.
