Perfect location from St.Clair Strip. Near Loblaws and close to McDonald's. Lots of corner stores and laundromats. Love this neighborhood. Now, there's a pharmacy at Kenwood. The Friendly Butcher is on this street. Love the big wide open range. Wish there was a ramp for baby buggies and walkers. I would give it 5 stars if they changed that.

This building is not a good place to live. The management doesn't seem to care about the health and well being of its tenants and the neighbourhood. I live in the area and two of my friends live in this building and we can't even open our windows on such a beautiful day because there is a horrendous stench coming from the back of the building. It's been like this for days! The management has dumped a rusty old appliance that has stunk up the whole neighbourhood. It's been sitting there for days and they're clearly irresponsible enough to not care. Kids are getting sick (headaches and nauseous), and the city has been contacted by myself and other people I know in the area. Today the building had a garbage collection and even then it wasn't removed. They've also stuck it by a donation bin and everything in there probably smells too. How selfish and irresponsible!
