This is a great business to work with. I have had several parcels brought up with them from the US and it has been flawless every time. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and John is a great guy as well. I highly recommend this business to get your 'within the US but not Canada' free shipping to their place in Washington State and then have them bring up your shipment at a very reasonable cost. Thank Seawings team, I appreciate what you do.

Don't ever use these people ripped me off big time

Would have given you 10 stars. My luggage didn’t make it on WestJet (what a shocker!). It was going to the wrong address in Victoria…called Seawings to explain. They intercepted it and delivered to me in Sidney within 15 minutes. Both the person on the phone and the person delivering were fantastic! Thank you Seawings! You saved the first few days of my vacation.

Top notch service. Way cheaper, easier and more convenient than using Fedex/UPS. Can take advantage of free US ground shipping. Avoid the hefty (sometimes $50+) brokerage fees that UPS/Fedex/Purolator charge (usually the cheapest ground/non-express options).Another reason to clear you own packages yourself, such as using this service, is that you can query customs taxes/duties in a way that you cannot dispute with the automated fashion that DHL/Fedex/UPS use. Often country of origin is wrong and that can certainly jack up the tariffs.

This is a great concept. Staff are super friendly. The cost is reasonable. I’ll be back!

They are efficient but don’t expect a baggage delivery on a Sunday if your bags got delayed. Still, nice staff and drivers and quite efficient, it’s a shame they have to take a lot of flak from unhappy customers because of the inability that Air Canada has to be on time or don’t mess up. Still, drawings ends up saving the day

Good people and service. Warehouse guy is a legend. Helped me load up a bunch of surfboards in the back of my truck. Give him a raise! Very helpful.

My first experience with Seawings could have gone in a very different direction. I didn't know what to expect, and therefore was very stressed when my package was not delivered in acceptable time. The fault was not that of Seawings, just staffing issues at the Blaine warehouse. How Seawings handled me, as a client, is what I am raving about today! They were awesome. They answered every email I sent, with understanding and support. They spent time on the phone with me. They never got upset with me, never brushed me off, and in the end surprised me with a discount. This is how you know a company has integrity, and is customer focused. Had they got irritated with me, I would have never used them again, told my friends, etc. They ended up turning around a not so pleasant experience for me, and made it pleasurable in the end.
