Dr. Woollacott is amazing! The treatments were helping and I was thankful for what she did. I however was so disappointed with her receptionist/assistant that I had to stop going there. Her assistant would not follow the instructions given by the doctor and during my last session she was extremely rude to me.

Dr Woolacott is probably the best chiropractor I have seen yet! Found this place on FB and IG ads and boy, was I ever glad to have taken advantage of their new client deal. So many chiropractors just adjust and send you off, like bada boom bada bing! But with this place, I had some muscle relaxation done before, during, and after to release my tension in my neck and shoulders. I've never had a chiropractor stretch and massage my neck muscles, but man it really felt great! Before starting, she used a thumper on my back and afterwards, I got to relax with a heat pad and tens machine (like Dr Ho, but medical grade).I was back the next week and recommended treatment to my whole family. :) The only thing I didn't like was that you have to walk through an odd smelling walk-in clinic to get to their office.

First time visiting a Chiropractor, but it was a great experience! I’ve struggled with lower back issues for years, excited to start healing! Very professional, helpful, and follow Covid-19 safety measures. Already booked a second appointment for a few days later! Would definitely recommend. The Doctor explained everything step by step and was very gentle. Not so scary after all.

Dr.Amy (chiropractor) and Prahab (the physiotherapist) are great! Got my knee brace and orthotics here as well.The receptionist is nice but a little confused, whenever I ask her to email me something (Ex. my invoice) she says she will but then doesn’t (has happened multiple times now) that’s the one thing that could be improved on because it is very frustrating to constantly have to call/email the receptionist asking for the same thing over and over again.

This place is great! Work on my shoulder right away and told me what’s wrong with it. I love going in for chiropractic adjustments. Works great! Now I have mobility in my shoulder. For sure by the time my session is over I won’t have anymore pain at all. Highly recommended!

Worst place to go for any appointment - the place is old and furniture and tables are nasty. Embarrassing to be called a professional place when the place hasn't replaced furniture since 1970s. The receptionists aren't friendly nor are the physiotherapists - no hello" or anything. They never take the time to explain how to do any exercises either. I would definitely NOT recommend it. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of better and more qualified professional places in Durham region"

I Was treated very professionally. Listened carefully to my problem and had me explain in detail.I have never been to physio so I certainly did not know what to expect. Very pleased with the prognosis and the recommended daily routine I should follow. Great job Piram. And Theepa at the front desk always welcoming us with a smile and make us leave with smile

First time ever visiting a chiropractor. Couldn't of been more pleased! Everyone there is very kind, and welcoming, the whole experience was fantastic. Dr. Woollacott is very professional, and knows what she's doing, but also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I honestly can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking!
