Absolutely the best! I’m selling my house and an inspection revealed numerous issues with the old septic system. Mark and his competent crew of professionals quickly and efficiently solved every problem. This was within two days of my initial call.I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right!

***CAUTION*** NOT a man of his word! Unfortunately Bob's Septic has just lost a customer, I will no longer be doing any kind of business with them. Needed a new lift chamber pump, quoted $650 to replace the worn out pump and drain lift chamber in order to complete the work. After draining they find that the pump power cord was to short. 10 foot is standard. So he needed to order a pump with a longer cord and it would be about $75 dollars additional. Returned the following day, installed the pump and hands me a bill for $1060.00!! That is way more than the quoted $650.00 + 75.00 =$725.00. He had charged me $300 to pump out that lift chamber (2 wks prior I had the both 800 gallon tanks pumped for $325.00) and $760.00 for the pump. What a crook! I had originally asked for a cash discount, he tells me to hold off on that and then handed me a bill for over $1,000.00. Expecting cash, that I figured would be around $600.00 I would now have to scramble to come up with an extra $400.00 he scoffed at the idea of me having to write a check for the unexpected up charge. Terrible expensive experience and ways for a company to conduct business! I would sure like to see the receipt for the pump with the 25 Ft. cord that was installed.

They’ve so tons of great work for us. Put in our beautiful driveway of asphalt millings. Have always pumped our septic tanks. When our tanks and drain field finally went bad they replaced the whole system at a great price. Highly recommended!
