Came here to service my Glc 63s. Was greeted by 2 lovely ladies working in the reception area. They were very polite, accommodating and friendly. The service completed was done in a timely manner (with in 3-4 hrs). I was very satisfied with the turn-around time. I would like to give Queenie a shout-out for answering all my questions and concerns. Didn't get the name of the other lady working, but she was also very polite and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend this location if you're looking to service your Mercedes Benz in a timely manner. I look forward to coming back to Mercedes-Benz Green Lane

Best of the best. Service is always professional, attentive and personal. I live downtown but always bring my car to MB Green Lane for service because they treat you like a valued customer - not just a number/pay cheque. Thank you Danielle for all your help!!!

Had to go in for an EGR valve fault, been looking to get an appointment with the dealerships for the past few months with little to no avail. Called in Green lane service and I've got to say that the service was top notch.They set me up with an appointment quickly and got the car in for the much needed repair. Reception was friendly and my service advisor Quennie was simply the best. She kept me updated all along the way, arranged transport to drop off and pick up while the car was in, and had an astonishing turnaround time. Given that the vehicle had an EGR valve replaced and a recall done, the time it took was just simply amazing (took about 3 hours).All in all the service center is a dream to deal with. This will now be my go to for all my Mercedes service needs. Great job guys!

Someone backed up into my side door while parking. So I came in here for a quick estimate. Kurt came out, and I got an estimate within 30 minutes. I was told that I need to request that the insurance sends them the authorisation and we're good to go. However, after the authorisation, they needed to contact the insurance company for an additional step then set up an appointment.Overall, they've accepted my car and started to work on it as soon as the part came in. The staff here is amiable.

Horrible, my perfectly working vehicle went in for recalls and has come out with all kinds of problems which they claim the issues has nothing to due with the work they have done.Knocking and clicking noises, check engine light, parking sensors No working. Disappointed in Mercedes Service.

So I went to aMercedes service center on Green LaneThey were great. They said would confirmthe appointment and they did. Broughtthe car in and they checked it out andexplained what had to be done.Everything went great. All the ladies werevery professional. I would recommend them

EDIT: The service manager contacted me three weeks later and treated me the worst I have ever been treated by a customer service provider in my LIFE. He accused me of lying the entire time and consistently interrupted me whenever I tried to explain what had happened. This is absolutely appalling as I did not lie about anything and have attached pictures to prove that I am not. The fact that I have to do this is sad. This is a luxury dealership that has provided the sort of service you would receive at McDonalds. I did not expect a discount or my issue to be resolved in any huge way, but to be contacted three weeks later just to be interrupted and told I am lying about everything is a whole new level of disgusting. At least humour me and pretend you will look into the issue.I booked a service appointment for an oil change and tire change for 8:45 am on Tuesday November 10th, 2020. By 4:00 pm I still had not received an update as to what was going on with my vehicle. I had called about 5 times by this point to get an update and my calls only went through once, but was only transferred to the service advisors voicemail. When I arrived at 5:00 pm to pick up my truck, the only thing that was finished was the oil change. I was informed that the tire change would take longer and that now there was a lot more issues with my vehicle and it would need to stay overnight. I refused the tire change, because I had no more time to wait and needed the vehicle back. I was told the vehicle would be ready in 30 minutes and it took an hour to get my vehicle out. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available. When I asked for a business card, I again was told no business card was available. I then asked for the service manager to contact me and was assured they would the next day. I am still waiting to be contacted by the service manager. The following day my light came on indicating that the engine oil level was too high. We went to another garage and they drained over 4 litres of extra oil that was put in the engine. I was very disappointed with the service advisor, Danielle Carroll, she tried to oversell us with things that were not needed just to make extra commission. We have spent over $180,000 in vehicles over the last 5 years at Mercedes Benz. I am appalled at the service and treatment I have received. We complained to Mercedes Benz Canada customer service and were offered no resolution. Every time I visit the Mercedes Benz service department it has been a nightmare. The Mercedes service in Canada does not compare to what you would receive in Europe.
