My father died late July unexpectedly. You will not believe the flurry of activity after such an event... none of it very nice. It was such a blessing to find Robert at Seminar Techs. We literally didn't have to do a thing. The funeral live-stream went off without a hitch. Even afterwards Robert finished it off seamlessly with downloaded videos. We have had so many compliments on the presentation, which is great but our biggest take-away was not having to deal with any of it. Robert was great to work with. He always responded quickly to our emails or edit requests and created a heartwarming video to celebrate our mother's life. The Livestream event was flawless and the video download that he provided will be treasured by our family for a long time. We recently had Rob livestream my Dads outdoor memorial service. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and nothing was too much trouble. There were very cold winds that day, but he was well prepared with heatpaks so that the equipment did not freeze up. The end product was everything that we had hoped for. Robert was extremely professional when it came to our wedding. Even though we were last-minute, he was very accommodating to our requests and anticipated our needs. He was very prepared and had equipment backups, including mobile wifi for out in the country where was our wedding was held. The end-product was phenomenal and captured our ceremony perfectly. Robby is an all-around great guy, funny, and easy to work with.
