Calming and relaxing experience each time. The RMTs are awesome and Alex is the best. My neck pain got totally relieved and would highly recommend.

I love the atmosphere and the people who work here are so helpful and knowledgeable about all of their services. So far I have been getting massages from Alvin for a back injury and he is amazing. He is so kind and very knowledgeable about the human body and how it works. He knew exactly how to work on my injury to give me relief as well as help me relax. He is very professional and always makes sure you are comfortable and understand exactly what he plans to do. He is a kind and very caring young man and I love going to see him because it is always a great and healing experience. I have been going to him for well over a year and will continue to see him for my injury as well as any future problems. I feel very confident in his ability to know what to do and how to help me get over the problem. I am going to now try facials at this location because of the staff here.

Hand & Stone in Oakville at Maple Grove Plaza is my haven and heaven! The staff are so accommodating, and the service and treatments are excellent! I have a back issue and Toni-Lee, my MRT, is so attentive and understanding, always meeting my needs and providing excellent massage therapy! I got a facial done here and it was BY FAR the best facial I have ever gotten. The staff was so welcoming and the room was very comforting. My aesthetician Saira used a combination of her expertise and my concerns and ensured that I got the best treatment for my skin. It is the first time my skin has felt this good and made felt so comfortable, especially with the extractions. It was well worth the long drive, I would definitely recommend this spa as well as my aesthetician Saira. Cannot wait to come back!

I was gifted a facial for Hand and Stone (Maple Grove Dr., Oakville)and I was there today. It was my first visit and staff were so welcoming. The esthetician was very professional and took a lot of time to explain the facial options and understand any concerns and/or outcomes I was expecting. She provided a custom blend of their facials to meet my anti-aging & skin care needs. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience and I was so pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Hand & Stone

I've been a loyal customer for more than two years and recently fell sick and could not make my appointment since I slept through it entirely (did not call them in time). I told them I would rebook but they still insisted on charging me a no-show fee. I understand the reason for such a policy but to enforce it on loyal customers who were genuinely unable to make the appointment is bad business. I would not recommend Oakville Hand and Stone for personal care.

Generally good experience with ease of booking and good RMTs on staff.*** edit: Recently noticed yet another price increase for both membership-priced massages and non-member pricing.I'm sure the neighborhood it's situated in can support it, but as a regular person with barely any coverage - it's a bit frustrating especially when the competitors nearby don't require a pre-paid membership for the same or lesser price.***Easy to access location (accessible for wheelchair) high hygiene practices, lots of nice spa" add-ons

My experience with deep tissue massage has always been painful until I met Dom today! I walked away for the first time feeling refreshed and revived. Thank you Dom! You are hands down my best massage therapist to date!!!!
