Take my advice and never go here.They told me they were going to re-fill my prescription for a week straight. Shortly after, still no re-fill. At this point I have no migraine medication left and I am moving away in less then a week. They told me they were trying to get in contact with doctor Katie Sue regarding my prescription and asked me to tell my pharmacist to just re-fill it". My pharmacist refused to re-fill this prescription (totally understandable). The receptionist at Dr. Katie Sue's office then spoke with my pharmacist on the phone and said that they will no longer re-fill my prescription and abruptly ended the call. After a week straight of lying to me

Dr Siu has been amazing for my daughter. She ordered two MRIs at McMaster to follow up on a condition we were suspecting my daughter had. She gave me all of the information that I needed and put my mind at ease about everything. She is a pleasure to deal with. My daughter now requires a follow up visit and Dr Siu responded to my email within minutes and I had a call shortly thereafter to book the appointment. I highly recommend Dr Siu.

My son lost his mobility in his legs in Match of 2020, he was referred to Dr.Siu. She ordered MRIs of both head and spine (done in April) which were done at McMaster, she also stated she was ordering a nerve conduction study, however, never ordered and has yet to return any phone calls regarding my son. She never let her clients know she was no longer working at the Niagara Falls location. Disappointed that a dr would act in such way and ignore her clients.

Very bad experience, especially the office staff. Extremely disorganized

Extremely helpful and thorough. Staff is also fantastic. They all helped to put me at ease in every way possible. I am so appreciative.
