VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES WITH NO MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.....it was my first experience with mark's and will be my last. I will never ever go there. A person was standing at the entrance just to say people GET OUT; the store is closing soon". I went to another place and they welcomed me in and gave me time to do my shopping. I think Mark's should give their coworkers a workshop on manners and customer service. For your information I was planning to spent around $150 today. I want to give 0 stars if I had the option."

At this location on a Monday afternoon at 2:30 to pick up an article that I purchased online.There didn't appear to be anyone in the store other than myself and the employees.The associate at the till was after a few minutes of trying to enter the order information able to get my order.(Hey Marks, this isn't the only time that an associate has had trouble with your order processing system. Is it that the GUI is hard to navigate thru or is it that your associates are not trained to use it to it's full potential?)In and out the door in about 8 minutes.

Just came here with my brother so he could return a pair of pants that didn’t fit. South Asian woman at the till with the blue tshirt was very rude and talking down to us. After everything was processed and she was handing the receipt to us, she told us to sign the receipt 3x with each time getting louder and ruder even though we heard her each time and said okay after each time she said it. Just overall not a great experience and I’m quite disappointed with the treatment we received from that employee.

Great shopping experience.There were many people shopping in the store yet it was a comfortable shopping experience, clean, not crowded, helpful staff, reasonable prices, great selection. Short line-up at the till that moved fast. Highly recommend this place.

A good place to shop for shoes and even the clothing wasn't so bad. Not cost effective though.

We walked in and walked all the way to the shoe section. THREE employees looked directly at us and didn’t speak to us at all. The store was such a mess there were items on the floor and shoes falling out of boxes. The third employee that looked at us and didn’t say anything, we said something to her and she then asked us if we needed help with anything and we said no, we’re going to go somewhere else. When we were walking out, there was a customer standing at the check out and no one was there to help him. This is after we passed the same customer who was dealing with finding his own shoes. The store wasn’t busy. We counted four customers - including ourselves - in the store at the time. 3 employees to 4 customers… there’s no reason why anyone shouldn’t be dealt with when coming into the store.
