I am a regular at this location. Last couple of times, service was really bad, like food took so long, once we get food we won’t get fork and knife for like 10 more minutes.But this time, it was awesome. Kaylee was attending us and even though she had some 8-10 tables to attend to, she was very quick, polite and aware of her customers. I am very happy to see this change in service.

My 1st time at this location…Waited long time for my salad and drinks.Not very good service!Couldn’t eat the salad because had too much dressing and no server around to ask for another one.Meals were delicious.

Terrible service with absolutely racist staff! Every other table received bread except ours- they never came to check in or ask us if we wanted to order for 20 minutes while we just sat around and the dishes were never cleared and sitting on our table for the entire hour that we were there! We literally had guests at other tables give us sheepish smiles because the servers blatantly ignored us. Terrible terrible terrible service

Thank you for a great meal. The garlic bread was hot and crispy every time and our meals were fantastic. Ash is the best! Thank you for keeping the bread and salad coming We had a fantastic date night.

Amazing food and service with great ambience. I would rate the Milton location over the Heartland location of East Side Mario. The service is great along with the responsive staff who remembers the request. The freshly baked bread and freshly cooked soup and pasta’s are delicious. Lots of choices for vegetarians and the best part is that the server confirmed they ensure there’s no contact contamination to value customers belief’s and dietary restrictions.

Firstly, we love coming to this restaurant because of the great atmosphere and service. Our Server, Taylor, was very pleasant and helpful. She greeted us quickly when we were seated and immediately took our drink orders. She also popped by a few times during dinner to ensure everything was good. The whole experience was 5 star great!!

Jacob is amazing! Best service, great personality, great recommendations and so friendly. Very personable and pleasant. I will be coming back and asking to be seated in Jacobs section. Such a great experience. Thanks Jacob!!

Didn’t have to wait too long for a seat, and our food was brought to us at a decent waiting time. The waitress Natalie was incredibly sweet and personable. The food was amazing

It’s always been a great place for food. But what tops it is Zain, the manager/owner/franchisee. He’s always present and caring; always smiling and greeting people. He supported my sons soccer team with great generosity and always remembers a face. His team is also amazing. Love the place and love the guy!
