Furnace was out when I got up for work. Couldn't light pilot. Called at 8am, they were out there by 930 and done by 10. Very good old school service.

Extremely dishonest plumber, this Glenn guy. He makes up stories as they goes. No standard of charging. Charge rate is : Whatever he can get away with, that's the rate.

We ordered a new furnace on about Oct 12 2022 and it took them till about Nov 15 th to get it in which I vew as way to long. However it is a vary good furnace and the 2 guys that installed it did a vary good job plus they charged us about 600.oo less than they estimated it would be which was also good. I would also mention that we have been dealing with them since the 80s
