Will was simply the perfect person to deal with when buying my new glasses. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me from picking the frame to choosing lenses and finalizing yhe order. I came in the store to pick my reading glasses. Excellent service by the gentleman man Ashkan. Very friendly and thoughtful. He even got me solution from next door for my contact lenses so I can try my glasses on. And he even gave me complimentary car for my glasses. Much different experience from last week.

I received the best customer service trying to get new glasses, the workers at the establishment were really helpful. And on top of that I got the best glasses I ever got. I do kind of wish I was notified that my glasses were ready to pick up a bit sooner, but aside from them, I HIGHLY recommend checking out LensCrafters.

Went to get glasses today. Was fortunate enough to be helped by William and Ami, who made the process smooth and enjoyable. William spent time with me as I went through half the inventory trying to select glasses, all while providing valuable information to a point where I feel better educated for future purchases. Ami explained the best deals and offers to ensure I got the best value for my money. Very grateful for the both of them, and hope to see them again in the future!

Nice location to get your glasses. Shadan looked after us and made the process easy and helped me pick a pair of glasses I love. She was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.(They were able to direct bill to my insurance company too which is a bonus)

Went for a visit to get prescription sunglasses. Staff were courteous, patient with my questions and able to manage us while being able to manage a steady queue of other customers and phone calls. It was quite nice to see how well the staff kept the store flowing despite the many simultaneous customer needs. Well done and would definitely come again.

I forget the young woman’s name that helped me with my glasses (started with an S, so if you’re out there reading this bless your soul) but the service was AMAZING. I walked in with no appointment hoping to get my glasses adjusted. They adjusted the arms, tightened the screws AND cleaned the lenses. All for free. Could not Recommend this location enough
