Jeff Hill was suggested to me by my realtor for my home inspection and he was worth every penny. The inspection took almost three hours to thoroughly check the house from top to bottom and answer the hundreds of questions I had for him. Spending that much time on an inspection showed me that Jeff is there to perform the inspection to the best of his capabilities and not just collect a check. For the concerns that I had on that house that were addressed, he took additional time to inspect in order for me to have a better peace of mind. During the inspection, Jeff explained to be all his findings in great detail in order for me to have a better understanding as well as what was needed to be done. He was professional, polite, and EXTREMELY personable! Jeff sent me the inspection report on the same day as the inspection (as promised) that went over all his findings in detail as well as his suggestions. I highly recommend going through Hill Home Inspection if you are need of an inspection. You won't be disappointed!

He was also very personable and helpful during the entire process. If I had any questions or concerns, he was able to quickly resolve them. It's not often you get a home run on your first swing but Jeff was the first inspector I called and I was extremely impressed after just five minutes on the phone with him. Jeff was extremely polite and VERY professional. He made sure he did a complete inspection and also provided a full detailed report the same day. The inspector came to the appt early and had performed half of the inspection before I got there so I was unable to witness. Fresh paint was missed in the basement and it turns out the house I bought had major plumbing issues and flooded 8 days after I bought it. Water lines above the electrical box was also missed. I was a first time home buyer, I feel like the inspector should have known to look for these things.
