As a fellow small business owner in the Spokane area I receive many referrals from the owner of clean customs and always refer any people needing their carpets cleaned to him..he does amazing work and always takes care of his customers

Clean customs did an amazing job on my carpets. Also to add, the professionalism was unmatched. I will definitely be use them again and again.

I work in property management and needed a last minute carpet cleaning for a couple homes. BJ was quick to respond and scheduled a time for the very next day. When I reached out the next morning and told him I had another, he was completely accommodating and completed all three!! Thank you SO much for the prompt response and awesome service! Bj, let me know the night before, confirmed and was on time super friendly and got right to work I highly recommend for service and end results zero res was almost twice the price and have used them before with lesser results!! Tim the person(s) coming in you won't be let down!!

Prompt and courteous service but the end result was terrible. I was assured on the phone and via their website that pet stains would come out but the did not. The technician did nothing extra to even try and remove these, simply performed a normal carpet cleaning. Attached photos are after" photos. Very disappointed with this company."

Needed carpets cleaned in our home. Called a few places , went with Clean Customs, professional did a great job and a really fair price. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience! My husband and I recently moved into a new home and needed the carpets cleaned for a quick move in. Was able to book BJ for the next day to ensure we were able to move in on time. BJ was super knowledgeable, responsive, on time, professional and helpful to guide us in the right direction for what would work best for our carpet and flooring. We are extremely happy with the results and will continue working with this company moving forward.

***Update and reply to clean custom's response: It's been well over two weeks. While the stickiness has gone away after vacuuming the floor multiple times, the smell is still just as strong as before. I'd still suggest that anyone considering pet treatment through clean custom's pass on it as the upcharge is expensive, and the treatment provides lackluster results.***I paid ~$200 for three bedrooms to be steam cleaned, which included an upcharge for pet urine treatment. Unfortunately, the urine smell is still just as strong as before. I don't blame the carpet cleaner for this as it simply means I likely need to rip out the carpet instead and replace it, but it would have been nice if the carpet cleaner would have told me the urine was too strong for his treatment beforehand and removed the pet treatment from my cleaning.I'm also noticing the carpet feels slightly sticky for some reason. This is based on feeling the carpet over 10 hours after the cleaning was completed. Not very pleasant on the feet so hopefully it'll go away after I vacuum up the room.Overall, I feel that the quality wasn't that great. I've had better results from using a rug doctor in the past, which was over $100 cheaper than hiring Clean Customs.

Showed up to the site on time and transformed the shabby office carpet of the space we were moving into from a stinky (someone had let a dog in there doing it's business :/ ) mess into a livable clean space. thanks so much BJ!

These guys were awesome. Charged a fair price, were super flexible, super polite, showed up on time and got to work immediately. My house smells soooo good now. Highly recommend!!
