I’ve never eaten at an Indian restaurant before and it was really good. Very good service. The food portions were giant. I felt like a pig for ordering so much. I would definitely go again.

Wonderful dining experience in Campbell River with delicious Indian taste cuisine. Delighted by their service and interior decor. Food was really good and can vouch for the authentic indian tastes! Pretty fancy bar and open-style kitchen. Lovely place to say the least. Hidden gem in Campbell River! 10/10

The food and atmosphere was great; I had expected a much smaller, fast casual style restaurant but it turned out bigger and better. The service was friendly, and eager to ensure that she could cater to my dietary needs. Loved the Chana curry.

Spice Hut Indian Cuisine
Decided to order from here as I haven't been here and was looking for a good Indian restaurant. I was ordering for me and my wife and 2 toddlers. Expected bigger portions due to the price point. I paid almost $50 for this and was disappointed. Don't think I'll come back to order for the family as I would need to pay more and get less for my money than I would for pizza, Chinese food and even sushi. I didn't even order rice as I made my own so I would've needed probably 3 orders of rice for my family if they are the same portions as the curry. The food itself was ok, although the meat were very large chunks and needed to be cut up even for myself to eat.

Food was great! Really solid Indian comfort food in a comfortable classy space. The full length mirrors in the washrooms made me bookmark this as a good date/work meeting spot as well.The staff are also really great! I was in a bit of a pickle and they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Really impressed by this small town favourite.

Perfect place for a stopover dinner in Campbell River. Large, spacious and clean. Portions were huge and flavourful - and service was really friendly. The mutter paneer and chicken masala were both spiced well, and the garlic naan was fluffy and warm. Excellent dinner and we hope to come back!

Best Spice Hut on the Island...by far. No aromas, bathroom spotless, tables cleaned instead of smeared/wiped. Food fresh, rice fresh, really pleasant. Server welcoming, polite, clean and attentive. Shanthal was our server, this young lady exemplifies how servers can and should be. I wish more folks would follow her lead. Thank you Spice Hut Campbell River

Doesn't everyone love great service, great food, good presentation, being acknowledged by the service and chefs? Great customer service with smiles from everyone. We loved the spicy levels that were available! With true authentic Indian spice and flavor! Definitely will be a repeat!

We had visited here 2 years back when we came to Campbell River, that time the experience was great. Hoping the same we came back again and to be honest the experience was below par. The quantity was good for the pricing, but the taste was not up to the mark. We were a group of nine and i thought it was just for me, but the whole group were not happy with the food. Hope they will rectify this. The washrooms were clean.
