I wish I could give zero stars after our recent experience. We moved yesterday and the truck was not at the location where they told us we needed to pick it up. Instead of informing us the night before, as the paperwork said they would, that the truck had to be picked up elsewhere they emailed us 15 min after the pickup time. So we lost an hour of time driving halfway across the city to pick up the truck, spent more on gas and paid people helps us move for an extra hour where they had nothing to do. Furthermore, when we called to complain, head office told us we had cancelled the order and didn't show up which was a complete lie and we have witnesses to back us up. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

On-line and in-person experiences were very efficient and friendly. I was amazed how quick was the drop off.

On August the 5th I called in to rent a 10 foot cube truck , when arrived at the location I was asked for help nice young man he processed with my paperwork work and of I went . I was heading to Cambridge to pick up my furniture. During the trip on 401 I noticed engine light came on the van sound like it was going to stall out so I kept my foot on the gas slightly so it wouldn’t stall out thank god traffic started to move again I would never expected this from such a well know company but wait it even gets better after driving for a while longer more lights came on to the dash screen this time indicating the stability control while driving I’m here loud grinding noise from the back end and started to vibrate like crazy my higher end leather furniture was bouncing around like a jack hammer finally I got to my destination and I shut if the truck what an experience for a senior citizen I had scratched and marks all over my furniture which I later had fixed up at my expense.When I dropped of the van I wrote a letter explaining my situation and I had requested a full refund and a free truck rental for all the hassle . Hideel called two days later at 7am waking me up and the proceed to tell me it was my fault I should have called emergency serve I told her I was not given an emergency service number she said it on you contact did you not read it I said when I rent from enterprise the go over the paperwork with the client . They did refund me saying it’s against policy to give a complimentary rental for all the hassle. Take ways uhaul go over the contract with clients explain what to do and where to call after hours and have mangers with people skills that don’t hang up on your clients this could have been an easy fix .

Great people and I even rented a brand new van with only 5000 kilometers on it!

Great experience. We just recently moved and rented the 26-foot truck. The process was straightforward. Easy after-hours return process. Highly recommended and the price for moving ourselves with a total of roughly 70 kilometers is a fraction of what you would pay using a moving company

The 10' truck is affordable and reasonably easy to drive. It certainly holds way more than a van. The staff are friendly and the store is well stocked with moving supplies

It was a great experience. Super helpful staff, really easy process. All of the transactions were quick and seamless. I’d use them again.

Has everything you need here for moving. Tv and mirror boxes, packing peanuts, Bubble wrap, chair and mattress covers, carpet covers and more! Only issue is parking spaces as it is a busy sport and there is minimal parking.

Customer service to its best. Very helpful and the process is very streamlined. Staff is extremely helpful.Condition of trucks is really commendable.Highly recommended location.
