I’ve been here before in the morning and the staff was very lovely and amazing however when I went this past Saturday I asked for new fries with my meal and a double double. The double double tasted like it had no sugar in it and the fries tasted like they were a day old. I should of checked to make sure they had made new fries before I left but I was in a bit of a rush. Unfortunately just not what I’m used to from this McDonald’s

Avoid at all costs on a December weekend. The restaurant was slammed and it took 30 minutes to receive our food. The 3 staff were like superheroes running around at the speed of light churning out orders all the while taking repeated verbal assaults from a hangry mob of Walmart shoppers. These employees deserve the utmost praise for what they had to endure on this lunch shift. The owners and management however have more than a handful of issues that need to be resolved if they're to keep sufficient staff and maintain even the slightest smidge of customer service. 10/10 would have quit on the spot if I was in their shoes.

Every time I come to this shop, I have to wait for half an hour, which I am used to. However, the service staff I met before are very friendly. Today, I met a girl I have never met before, and looked like I owe her money.

I waited over 15 minutes just to order and receive a coffee.whch is absolutely ridiculous!. Waited at the counter for service because I had a coupon. I was ignored by the cashier as she prepared orders . She didn't even acknowledge my presence which was rude. Finally, a fellow from the back came to serve me. There were others waiting behind me. I prefer the old system where cashiers took your order and brought your food right away. This new system is horrible and wait times are much longer. I used to work for McDonald's where customers and courtesy were a priority. Nowadays, workstaff there are rude. Also I noticed the food handlers did not wear rubber gloves while preparing sandwiches which is disgusting.. This place needs leadership, direction.and better training. I will not be going back there.

I am usually a very Optimistic and Generous Reviewer in most of my posts but this experience was terrible. My daughter and I waited 20 minutes just to be rudely asked if they could help us? The staff seems to hate their jobs and they want us to know it. The manager was upset because the person before us ordered 4 mcflurries for her family and told us it's their fault we had to wait? Then the kid who looked like a toddler in the back dropped one of the nuggets and tried to put it back in to the Serving. I obviously called them out and they tried to act like they didn't do that. I will never ever eat here again, I love Mcdonalds but there needs to be a Minimal consistency in all the franchises. Very Disappointed Customer.

This is a small McDonald's location in Walmart. It is not managed ver well. The staffs are not well trained and the place is kind of messy most of the time. The service is very slow and staffs seemes to be in bad mood most of the time.

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever encountered. I had a full hairball on my cheese in the breakfast sandwich... plus the lady who was working took her sweet time to acknowledge my presence.. once she did, she said she is busy and by herself. I couldn't understand what she meant by being busy??? It's lnot like she had a lineup of people. I was the only one in that place... she was busy ORGANIZING her buns!!!!! horrible service. Very dirty place...
