They accused my friend of stealing. She was carrying a feminine hygiene product around then decided not to get it as a female friend had her covered. At the till they decided to accuse her of stealing in front of other customers embarrassing her. It wasn’t like she tried to leave the store, she went to the till and paid for multiple things.

Since new management and entirely new staff have taken over the summer of 2022 it is very unpleasant and very unfriendly, I would give the store cleanliness a 3/10 compared to 10/10 before the circle k takeover. The staff and owners are extremely rude, and unkind, and lack knowledge In all aspects. When they are corrected they will fight/argue with you, throw your change at you rather than pass it to you or setting it on the counter kindly. Make sure you Always, always ask for your receipt to make sure they are not over charging you for item and that they weren't charging you for things you did not buy. They will not assist in helping you bag all your purchases and then will get very annoyed with you and express this to you if you are taking longer than 'expected'. Staff and the owner will yell and shout at you, try and kick you out and threaten to call the police (when no crime was ever committed). They take great offense when they are corrected at their job. Even when they are in the wrong. It was never my intention to insult anyone. I understand that prices of things have gone up slightly, that's not the issue here though.Health regulations I can bet are not up to standards.Their 'fresh bakery daily' is sometimes day old.The washroom just recently opened back up after being 'out of order' since spring 2022.This list could go on, but I've got to start my day now.New management and employees need proper training, better knowledge of products, serious customer service training, and a serious review of their whole team.I am extremely saddened that the entire old staff lost their jobs with the macs/circlek switch.Days I have to go there it's a negative environment and experience every time. One day the worker is following you around continuously asking if your done yet, next time he does not care what's going on he is minding his own business, another day if a woman is in without a man he's hitting on you asking personal questions being very unprofessional but if he sees you In the store with a man his attitude does a 180°.... it has gone completely down hill 110% since previous owner Brad willingly retired due to corporate issues, and policies...2 years ago I would have given the store 5+ starsNow, today I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Saw the manager yell at 3 native women, they were all making separate purchases and then accused 2 of stealing. Put my items down and left.The lady in front of me told him he shouldnt treat his customers like that and he yelled at her too threatening to ban her from the store. The racism was strong in this one. Power tripping.

Employees are friendly here but i got to know that why customers think that they are rude/ignorant/not friendly …. Its all because of owners….New owners are terrible…1. They don’t pay salaries of employees 2. Torture employees to work more even if they are not on schedule 3. No vacation pay 4. Owners teaches wrong things about customers (which is why they always try to kick out) 5. Won’t give paystubs on time…. I would recommend all the immigrants not to work here … you guys can do better.

Could be cleaner, the Slurpee fountains were a little weird, a lot of liquid, not even a slurpee, but I'll let it slide.. Service is not the greatest. The cashier just stared at me almost the whole time I was there... Convenient, but not easy going.

New ownership. New workers(miserable bunch, day shift and night) . Bunch of new food warming appliances for the weekend drunks, who stagger across the street when they think that this food is the answer to the empty void they call hunger. All they get is regret after eating food that's been day(s) old. I say no more to the old convenience store ways. You want what they call food" that's what 7/11 is for. we want subway back! I want subway back! But umm I take it back
