Absolutely exceptional service from Yannick and Suzanne. I have little knowledge about vacuums but they helped me make an informed decision on which one suited my needs. They were extremely helpful, honest and stand behind there products. Would highly recommend!!

Placed an order for a Power Nozzle replacement Roller Brush and a belt early February. Never received my order for 19 days. Contacted the company and it is on back order. They never told me this. Now it’s over 2 months later. Still don’t have a working vacuum. The vacuum was purchased less than 2 years ago. The cheaply made bearing is ruined. Seems like these were made to last a year.

We purchased a few units for our offices and some lights as well, excellent service, customer / sales team was impeccable.Central unit very easy to install and even got some assistance from customer service to complete the installation

To how ever is reading this post i would like to take the time and tell u about how bad this company is and how unprofessional it is to work here . The manager and owner are very unprofessional and have no respect to there employees the work environment is absolutely not safe if u are looking for a good work place i suggest you go looking elsewhere

I purchased a model UNL-SW12WCT-22WH light, and 2 years later, began experiencing some difficulties with the switch. After a few emails with customer service, they offered to replace it for free. I had gotten rid of the original receipt and they did it without any official documentation. This company has amazing dedication their customers and I would rate it 6/5 stars if it were possible! Yannick of customer service was an excellent help and got back to me very quick.

These guys are top notch. I had an issue with amazon running out of Nadair lights. I called customer service to see what i can purchase (an alternative in the same style) as I'm in full renoes and time is of the essence. They recommended something great that looked the same and they shipped it overnight. I was extremely impressed with their costumer service and how well they helped out. Yannick and Gabrielle were on top of it and went above and beyond the call. I would recommend these lights and company to anyone.Terry, Toronto, On

I had problems with my power head (beater), the customer service I received from Yannick and Suzanne was above and beyond what would ever be expected. My entire experience with the Nadair has been fantastic. I expected to order a new part, at my expense and with no questions asked they sent me a new part(s) under warranty.I would very highly recommend this company.Nadair - Thank you for the amazing service!!!!
