Waited 30 mins to even get a menu. Had to signal down a further 20 mins later to order. Drinks took even longer, had to ask for tap water that they had forgot twice. Brought out food after long wait, forgot to put on menu about a meal including pesto (allergies) told me to order something else. Took menu and didn’t even ask so gave up. Terrible service.

We went for dinner at Alpine Art today. We were seated promptly as we had booked previously and the staff were quick to serve us and gave us an amous bouche which was nice.I had the fish of the day and my partner had the chicken nuggets and also the Alpine Burger.When my fish arrived it was raw and I did not notice until I had eaten half. I didn’t want to cause a fuss as the staff had already had a complaint not long after we arrived. My partners food was ok but the portion/quality was not equivalent to the price paid. He got a child’s portion rather than an adults.I was sick in the bathroom of the restaurant about 30 minutes after I ate the fish. To be aware the bathroom was not clean, there was a lot of pee splashed under the toilet seat.When I told the waiter to be aware that my fish was raw and that it could cause food poisoning for other customers he simply said ‘ok’ then carried the dish away.We asked for our bill straight afterwards and the mishap was not mentioned and we still had to pay the full price of €31 for the raw fish that I received.Overall, would not recommend. I was very disappointed as I had originally thought it would be a nice visit from the initial service.

Great food, very poor service. Beautiful decor atypical for a resort.Ordered my wine got it when I was half way done after reminding the owner that I had yet to get it( she took my order).25 minutes to get my check after asking 3 times to 3 different team members. Really unfortunate because the Chef is good ( so is the back of the house).Reading past reviews it seems that it is endemic…..

At first we were sceptical due to some bad reviews. We enjoyed the food, service was good. Cannot complain at all about our experience. We would recommend eating here.

Terrible service.Took 30 minutes to even get a menu and another 20 to order food. After having ordered it took another 20 for just the drinks to come out while having to have asked 3 times where our tap water was and being responded to with attitude and rude facial expressions. One of the meals was received with pesto while this had not been put on the menu and we had to return it because of nut allergies. They took the plate and told us to order something else but never returned to take another order so was left with no food in the end.

The food took a while to arrive and once it did one meal was cold and the rest were average. because we had waited for so long for the food to come the person who had the cold meal decided to not have a fresh meal made and that he would prefer the meal to just be taken off the bill and he would go elsewhere after everyone else had finished. the male who served us tried to offer him a 'alcoholic shot' because he was unable to take the food off the bill. He turned down the offer and the guy serving us brought out the bill still with my friends meal included. In the end they finally took my friends meal off the bill because we refused to hand over the amount stated. We will not be coming back and even though it looks posh the standards are far behind.

We've been to this restaurant a few times before in 2020 and came back for lunch. The food was still good but the service was slow and not very attentive. We had to try hard to get their attention.

I had the Savoryade cheese fondue which was really good. The charcuterie were amazing as well. My company had chicken supreme, pasta and the lamb confit but honestly the portions were so ridiculously small that the people ordering fondue were the only ones who got full, which was definitely a shame considering the prices.The service was nice, the environment too but the portions are waaaay to small for the prices, except for the fondue.

Very rude service. Missed 1 of 4 meals despite the order being repeated twice. No apology whatsoever. In fact incredibly rude and arrogant. Long waits for drinks & food despite being the only table in the restaurant. We watched several other customers that arrived being completely ignored by multiple staff for about 10 mins at a time. Many customers then chose to leave! When we complained at the end, the waiter blamed us yet again and said there was only 2 ordered!!! Unbelievable.

One of the best places we went for our trip, the place was designed like a small open space dining room style. The food is delicious and the service was inviting and well done
