Ron and Ethel's Cottage

Location, location, location!!! The view of the harbour from this sweet little suite is phenomenal and unimpeded! It’s walking distance from downtown and Signal Hill. The kitchen is very well equipped, including spices which always impressed me. We enjoyed the waterfront wrap around deck which has a bbq and lots of seating. There are lots of lovely extra touches throughout, including a games cupboard, books, and a basket of treats. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and it would have been so much better to have a queen in at least one room. Also, there is only one bathroom, off the kitchen and it’s a bit of a pain going downstairs to use it in the middle of the night. For us, we found the other attributes more than compensated for these drawbacks!
