Always have what I need. Staff is always knowledgeable and willing to teach they are so patient also. Was a good experience was getting my older Mother a cell phone something basic & not expensive. They did a great job for her and it's less then 30$ a mon with pay as you go.

Purchased a new laptop as mine died a few days before major presentation at work. Staff promised the data transfer from my old computer would be done by the next day. Nope! Not even close. I left at closing time with the new computer and 25% of my files transfered. I will be up all night redoing the presentation. What a mess. I'm beyond stressed.

Today I walked into Best Buy meaning to only look at dashcams... An hour later I walked out with 2 dashcams, an outdoor speaker, washer dryer, and hundreds in savings. Christine and Tom listened to our exact needs and helped us find exactly what we needed - no up selling, no unnecessary back and forth, no frustration or impatience. They also worked with us to get the best deals possible on all the items. It was the best Best Buy experience we've ever had and I would definitely go back to these associates!

Hours of operation 11 am to 7pm is perfect for a quick lunch or after dinner shopping experience.Excellent staff. Excellent management.I always find exactly what I need. If they don't have stock, they order it right to me and fast.I go out of my way to come to the Orillia store over anywhere else for the customer experience. The mobile department saved me so much on my plan and got me into a killer new phone on my last visit!I highly recommend this Best Buy.

So disappointed with this location. Today is the second time I’ve left annoyed. Last weekend the sales associate would not sell me an iPhone out right because of a sale they were having which angered me because I drove over an hour specifically to Best Buy to buy a phone so I had to go to Costco for it and then today we went hoping to talk to someone about a Nintendo Switch but not a person in sight to help, so I opened my phone did my own research and again left to go to Costco. Won’t be bothering to try there anymore for anything.

I purchased a computer a year ago, being lead to believe it was necessary in order to graduate to Windows 11. Well I am still using windows 10, after Geek Squad promised Windows 11 was easy to install. It still hasn't been installed or activated following numerous attempts and returning to store. Great job, Best Buy

Thank you to the Orillia Best Buy . (live in Barrie )We sort of knew what we wanted in a TV , we were confused regarding our Choices and/or options . Thank you to ALL of your Employees . ALL had Smiles and ASKED , if I required assistance . I advised them that my Wife entered ahead of me and I was looking for her . All advised me if I needed Help , they were here to assist me all I needed to do was ask for help .When I found my Wife , she was in contact with Drew .He went out of his way to explain about different options for us .We eventually agreed on a TV , that would meet our requirements .As the Unit was NOT in stock , Drew arranged a Delivery of our (assisted) choice .Drew Set up a Delivery of the TV that suited us . It WAS delivered the next day .We had a few small issues about our set up . We took a chance that Drew was on shift when we called , He was and walked us through our issues . Now our TV , works as we hoped it would for us .Our New TV works Amazingly , the only issue we ran into , even with Drews help ... was our (older) VCR .That was NOT useable on our New TV .We will be attending Best Buy (Orillia) to purchase a new VCR .I Hope that Management Appreciate 's how Professional Knowledgeable and Personal , their Employees are ( a testament to a caring Management )I Hope you respect and Appreciate your choices of hiring your Employees That make the Barrie Location appear to have the Professionalism as A Dollar Store mentality(no offense to the Dollar store) Thank you to Drew ( in our opinion) going above and beyond to make us Comfortable to Drive the Extra 20 mins to enjoy our shopping experience and Feel that we are not JUST a Customer But a Valued Customer .Thank you again Colin Campbell.

Worst management from the great organization. Rejected my application for the job of sales representative by writing that it was rejected by candidate, whereas I never got call from them. How much corrupted the behavior is this? And there is no option for contacting by any means to the department.

If u enjoy not being able to call the store directly… going through a painfully long automated phone menu to speak to someone not on location that cant help you out and now you have to wait for the store to call you back within 24hrs WHEN U WERE JUST TRYING TO CALL THE STORE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I highly recommend.
