Terrible experience. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When I called about my shower pan that was delivered and had a warp in it he instantly got defensive and proceeded to tell me it's impossible my shower pan is not flat, after going back and forth he changed his mind and told me a half inch out of level is acceptable and I will not get my money back. Never had this issue before with a shower pan. The place is a joke and the customer service is pathetic.
