For the dentists and hygienists at this dental office, I would give 5 stars. I have had nothing but positive experiences once I’m in the dentist chair. But I have had nothing but problems with scheduling appointments. I have booked appointments over the phone, only to have the receptionist call me back and ask me to recap what we had just scheduled. Other times when I book over the phone, we agree on a date and time that works, and the confirmation email they send has a different time or date. The last time, I arrived for an appointment only to discover that my appointment had been canceled by the office and nobody had told me. I don’t know if the problem lies in the front desk staff or the scheduling system, but there is definitely some sort of communication breakdown. For this reason I cannot give the dental professionals the review they deserve.

This is my first negative online review, but I feel it is necessary for others to know. I had such incompetent dental work done by this office that it has cost me thousands of dollars to repair it. I had such a complete lack of confidence in their abilities that I sought resolution elsewhere. The procedure was to install a crown. The temporary crown fell off and was damaged. The temporary damaged crown was reinstalled". The permanent crown was placed - off kilter from the tooth bed - creating a significant shelf. Infection set in very soon after. The result - an emergency appointment to relieve the main from the infection

This dental office is a dream. My two girls and myself love this clinic. I have had several different people clean my teeth over the years and they have all been tremendous. Additionally, all of the dentists here are wonderful. I want to say a special thank you to Carrisa at the front desk who managed to squeeze all of us in for an appointment on short notice before my insurance ended. She is just awesome! Thank you to all who work there!

Before I comment I read first all the past reviews, and I noticed all reviews here are not new reviews. So I think they are lucky.As for me I'm q new customer of their clinic. I understood if your a new patient's you need to fill up the form and I also understood that there's a lot of question regarding of health especially in this pandemic. But when I was inside the cabinThe person who will assigned to me took many question in person.she didn't start immediately cause she need to asked me again again which is I already fill up the 5 pages form.Then she stop again, so while am waiting to her I'll asked her is I can use the washroom while am waiting her.As soon I'm done, she didnt start the cleaning and again she ask me some question and checked my neck and do some moving my years and mouth. And when she start my teeth, she said she has another appointment and she will try her best to clean my teeth, and if her appointment come she cant finish and I need to go back for another appointment.to make is short , she just clean mg bottom part of my teeth and the upper part she just used the flosh. For me they have own tactics now cause its business! I asked her how long the minimum hour for cleaning.She said 1 hour its defend to the teeth.I told her to start cleaning cause I was noticed she was more send time to asking me a question than do her job. I won't recommend this especially for the new customers!

Dr. Jackson and her staff are of the utmost professional dental practice. I have complex dental issues, but Dr. Jackson remedied all issues in an expedient manner. Crowns that have a life expectancy of five to ten years, have lasted longer than twenty five years. If you are looking for a competitively priced Dentist, you must call Dr. Wendy Jackson for all of your dental needs. I give Dr. Jackson a 5 out of 5 star rating!

My family and I have been long time patients and I cannot say enough good things! The staff is outstanding and goes out of their way to help. Highly highly recommend!!

The staff here are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I was recommended to Wendy Jackson by a few people. So I went to see her for the first time and found out I had a lot of cavities and a few other things wrong with my teeth/gums. When I found out what the cost would be I was pretty upset and mad that I had gone to a cheap place for so long and now I'm paying for it and having no insurance to add to it. The staff were so great and understanding. Wendy even helped me out with the price. I am forever thankful and grateful to have been recommended to such a wonderful place! I would definitely recommend her.

Our whole family goes to see Dr. Jackson and her team. She is a wonderful dentist and I am so glad we found her. The front desk staff and hygienists are amazing as well - professional, compassionate, and always on top of things. Highly recommend.

Dr.Wendy is amazing!! She is so kind and gentle and really seems like she cares about all her patients. Her front of the house staff is friendly and professional. Also I have yet to have an unpleasant experience with any hygienist I've seen.Overall 5 stars 100% would recommend!!
