After School Warriors- Maple Ridge

My Daughter has been attending Afterschool Warriors for a few years and she loves it. The owners are always a pleasure to deal with via email, phone or in person and are amazing with the kids. I have always felt safe leaving my daughter in their hands. It is a fun, safe, active, and happy environment for kids. The staff always make sure the kids are getting out as much as possible. They have tons of fun at parks, enjoy hikes, water parks, scooter days, and other fun things all spring and summer. If the weather permits they are outdoors and we love that!! I have zero complaints about Afterschool warriors, they are the best daycare in Ridge. There’s also the added bonus of your child learning Taekwondo. The staff are also wonderful and super friendly as well as great with the kids. I highly recommend you give Afterschool Warriors a try, there is so much there to entertain your kids and keep them active. Thanks for being there for us Jess & Scott!!

My son has attended After School Warriors for just over a year and a half and loves it! I was originally drawn to them, as it's both a daycare and activity all rolled into one, as they include Taekwondo classes as part of the enrollment.The owners and staff are amazing people and are wonderful with the kids. They are easy to communicate with and always very quick to get back to you, with any questions. I love that they are open for district wide Pro-D days, as well as are flexible with Spring and Summer Break enrollment, which makes life easy on the parents who would otherwise need to find alternate care.Most days my son doesn't want to leave when I pick him up, which to me is a great sign. I highly recommend.

After School Warriors is the best! My son has been going for 1 year and absolutely loves it. He even asks to go on the weekend! Scott and Jess are so lovely and so caring for the kids. I never worry leaving my son there. The staff are absolutely AMAZING!! The kids are kept busy while there, which is always nice. My son is always happy and tired when he comes home for the evening. They do a lot of activities with the kids to keep them busy and active. I would recommend 100%

My son has attended this program for 2.5 years now. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Scott and Jess have been amazing for both myself and My son, very friendly and kind. My little guy loves the Taekwondo classes that are included in the program and always comes home with a sense of accomplishment. Lots of great and fun activities, not one complaint of boredom heard :-)

Having recently moved to Maple Ridge from Vancouver with our young family, our most dreaded task was finding childcare and afterschool care. This is a business with a heart and soul. Scott, Jess and their staff took our boy into their beautiful family of small and passionate warriors and he felt at home right away. Those looking after my boy show true compassion and care, and from the day one they've gone above and beyond of what is expected. What is the absolute most important trait for me as a parent, is that I trust them. They have also been very understanding in instances when I forgot to mention that our schedule changed. This does impact them tremendously, yet they continually show compassion and understanding. I strongly, and without any doubt, recommend After School Warriors, a unique and absolutely brilliant licensed school aged child care program with martial arts.

My grand daughter couldn't be happier at After School Warriors. After a day at a school she gets to go to a place where they treat her like a family member. She is nurtured and celebrated with focus on her strengths. The staff and environment is the best I've seen and I feel confidenther needs are met and exceed while being cared for at After School Warriors. Let's not forget all the fun she has staying active. I'm Happy with every process to ensure my grand daughters safety , including pick up and drop off safety protocols.

Even though we haven’t technically started with the service yet I'm going to give this establishment 5 stars because I've done the tour with the owner and he was nothing but polite and accommodating- this place looks great! I can’t wait until my child starts here in September.—I also don't think it's right that some half-wit gave this place a one star over a parking spot. Businesses depend on good reviews on a platform like this that everyone can see. Shame on you “SD1991”, get your head straight!—

Scott and Jess have created a wonderful after school program that is fun and welcoming. Our son looks forward to going there everyday. All the staff are very thoughtful and try their best to be proactive with the kids. Thanks After School Warriors for having a place for us to feel comfortable sending our kids, especially during this covid era.

Hosted our 3 year olds birthday party at After School Warriors and could no be more impressed! We had 20 kids from 8 to 18m and all were entertained and exhausted after 2 hours. Plenty of space and plenty of activities! The giant car ramp and bounced castle were hits - along with Lego and magnets and a kitchen and a colouring station. Bonus - loads of seating for parents to sit and chat :)

This place is fantastic. The staff have genuine connections with the kids and always keep them busy with lots of fun activities. The space is great and well-organized and the kids go home satisfied and wiped out! Thank you, After School Warriors!
