Their carpet cleaning skills are excellent. I would give 5 stars, but sometimes it's hard to get an appointment that sticks, they occasionally reschedule.

Great customer service! Easy to work with! Had carpets and kitchen grout cleaned a few weeks ago. Ben was on time (actually was able to come early), very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Grout cleaning was amazing! What a difference! We did not realize our grout had sparkle in it until after it was cleaned. Thank you!

We have been using Carpet Care for several years. We have pets and I have been amazed at how clean and looking like new they are able to get my carpets. They are extremely knowledgeable and able to handle the toughest jobs.

We spilled coffee on a brand new off-white bedroom carpet. Carpet Care Services was able to schedule us as a priority visit. Ben, the associate who performed the cleaning, explained the way in which they match the products they use with the source of the stain, and that it is always better to call an expert before resorting to self help. The carpet looked spotless when he finished. The spot started to show again after a few hours, and they returned two more times to remove every bit of the coffee which apparently had penetrated the carpet, causing the recurrent stain. Throughout this process, they were patient and would not close the job until the stain was out and we were completely satisfied. We were very impressed with their service and recommend them highly.
