We used Mr. Heat Mechanical Inc. as we were experiencing issues with our furnace. Their service was absolutely outstanding. They came quickly and had our furnace up and running in no time. We found them to be extremely honest and reliable and would certainly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you to Mr. Heat Mechanical for helping us and being so wonderful.

It is difficult these days to find a good HVAC or A/C technician who is both knowledgeable and experienced, and also at the same time, gives you a reasonable price.The first time I contacted Nima (Mr. Heat Mechanical Inc.) was when I got a problem with my 3-years-old HVAC as it kept shutting down every few days. Before Nima, I brought in couple of other technicians, but none of them could fix the problem. And then after some more researches, I gave Nima a call. He came in within 24 hours and found the problem in the 1st 10 minutes. He fixed it in a short period of time with a reasonable price, much less than what I thought originally. I also used his service for replacement of my Hot water tank and a new A/C installation. He did all with excellent service and reasonable price. I booked for gas fireplace maintenance and repair of the remote. The technician claimed he had only been booked to repaire the remote. He was here 5 minutes and charged $150. No mask, kept his shoes on. What a rip-off. Never again.Thank you for your prompt reply, but your call record was incorrect. I made it very clear that our fireplace was working, and in fac the pilot light was lit when the technician arrived, and the manual start produced a full flame. I requested repair of the remote and maintenance.

Excellent service from Nima in helping to fix an issue with our gas fireplace. Honest and didn’t try to sell us on things we don’t need.

Mr. Heat was great. This is the third time I have used their services for my gas fireplace and will continue to do so for all my future HVAC needs. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Mr Heat is a very reliable company. They show up when called and do speedy servicing. They have been doing fall servicing of our furnace for eight years. Price is very reasonable.

We had a problem with our Air conditioner unit at a residential unit. Water used to leak when we ran the air conditioner. When called this company, they were prompt and diagnosed the problem in few minutes. The problem was resolved by installing a new Evaporator unit for Air conditioner. We are very impressed by their thorough knowledge, expertise and experience. They performed the job to the perfection and their services are definitely worth utilizing.

The technician promptly arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He immediately identified the problem was my humidifier attached to the furnace and not the furnace. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. He refused payment for the quick visit. I will most certainly contact him again when I need maintenance, repairs or a new furnace. Thank you!!! Mike Mianrazi, (Head Technician) for fixing our 20+ years old furnace.Mike came on time to diagnose the issue. Mike was able to diagnose the issue in less than 15 mins. Turns out to be the circuit board malfunctioning. Mike went back to his shop and luckily for us, they have some used parts in stock. I had a fireplace that would not stay lit when transitioning from 'pilot' to 'on.' I made the mistake of calling another HVAC company to take a look only to have them pivot to 'diagnostics services' .. and a recommendation that the starter needs to be replaced. Never one to make the same mistake twice I reached out to Mr Heat Mechanical who had installed a whole Home Humidifier years back.I sent pictures and we agreed upon a price. Today the technician came through removed the screen and glass.. and within seconds diagnosed a melted thermocouple and a faulty starter requiring a replacement kit. Went back to his truck for the item and I kid you not within 45 minutes - the ENTIRE install was done (complete with a fireplace cleaning and screen tab replacement for a broken screen, both of which were rendered purely as a goodwill gesture. If that wasn't enough, when it time came time to pay the bill, the cost was LESS than what was agreed upon by email... leaving me stunned!!In this day and age it is rare to find a company and its technicians that are incredibly competent and capable, put their customers first, and stand behind their word.
