I purchased my EKO Jet Wave JWB-3600 (it was on sale) online on 9 January 2023 and received in 11 January 2023—very quick delivery, thanks EKO. I wasn't able to install the bidet until early February, and when I went online to check the installation video, I noticed the price had gone down a bit more so I asked EKO for a refund of the difference—and got the refund the same day—thanks again, EKO.I installed the bidet in early February and WOW: it's fantastic. Super easy installation and the EKO installation video is right on. The warm toilet seat and air dry features are lovely. The seat temperature, water temperature, and water pressure settings are super easy to adjust and vary nicely. Power save mode is an excellent feature.And since installation, I say the amount of bathroom tissue our family uses is down about 80% which is fantastic.So I recommend the EKO bidets 100%, and can't believe why I waited so long to get one.
