He helped me navigate a lot of complexity with Banff sale and some Parks Canada lease issues, and various things things that came up. I could rest easy knowing he would make sure all the details were being addressed in a timely way. He also helped prep me for purchasing in the competitive Calgary market, which was invaluable when the time came to buy- I was ready and got an amazing place quickly before there was a chance for it to go into a multiple offer situation.
