Riverside Pie Cafe
All the sweets I've ever had from this place are awesome. They have new flavours of pie/cheesecake every month, so my friend and I make a point to stop there at least once a month! The flavours in the pictures are banana bread, lemon, white hot chocolate, and gingerbread cheesecake, as well as a cheesecake square and brownie. So yummy! Definitely recommend this place.

This place was great! Sweet atmosphere, great service, beautiful treats! I can't believe I took so long to actually go there... make sure you go! Only thing I would day was that I prefer my pies fruit a little softer then what they do.Beautiful flavours and their crust is to die for!

Pastries are a labour of love and if you’ve had any of them from Riverside Pie Cafe it is very clear that they love what they do! The puff pastry is a work of art and tastes like it too. If you know anything about puff pastry you know how hard that is!

Here's all you need to know.I was tasked to bring a dessert to a family gathering. I showed my mom the list of pies that were being offered.Caramel apple was the winner. I pick it up (and of course get some other treats for myself), and serve it to the family.It was so good my mom is considering just getting Riverside Pies whenever a dessert is called for at family gatherings.That's like praise from Caesar as far as I'm concerned.

It was my husband's 50th birthday, and a friend went way out of her way to get a pie for him. Half Elvis, Half salted caramel cream. It was so delicious.. I will be back to get more deliciousness.

Absolutely fantastic little place. Friendly staff and a delicious selection of products in a quaint little homely place. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.They even very kindly handled a return for me after a minor mix up. Ended up leaving with a bunch of tarts and cookies so no real loss there at all!Riverside residents - you're missing out on not trying this place!

My favourite bake shop in the city - I’ve tried almost everything, butter tarts, pot pies, dessert pies (with funky flavours), quiche and soups. We always order a round of tarts for every family gathering or out of town visit.(Photo below is bought frozen pot pies, warmed up at home).
