I completed the 40 hour Wilderness First Aid Course. The instructor was very knowledgeable and confident with her instruction. There were plenty of first aid resources available to help with learning specific outdoor first aid skills. The facility added to the outdoor experience.

This was my second course with Durham First Aid & I really appreciated the reminder that my certification was expiring and it was time to renew. I booked the renewal online and it was super easy & quick.My instructor Carol was extremely knowledgeable, energetic and passionate about what she was teaching. She made the class fun and enjoyable but also taught the material in a way that you not only understood it but you'd remember it.The entire staff at Durham First Aid were super friendly, the facility was clean, well maintained equipment and loved the smaller class sizes. Most of all I appreciated how accommodating they were in working with me to ensure the learning environment comfortable and met my specific needs.Would recommend 100% and will come back when it expires.Thank you Carol and the team at Durham First Aid.

Had Eunice as my instructor and she was soooooo great. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and made the class super enjoyable. Her demonstrations were great and rlly helped me learn.

This was my first time getting certified with Durham First Aid, and I will definitely be back for recertification. Very pleasant personnel, instructors keep the training engaging with a good mix of hands-on and book teachings. Great job Amber

Great convenient classes that multiple takes over the course of the week. My instructor was extremely experienced and qualified. She used activities, real life scenarios, and demonstrations to make sure that everyone was understanding the material.Thank you for such a great day I’m happy to say I received my First Aid certification through Durham First Aid

Registration process:Amazing. Very straight forward. I had to reschedule due to work conflict and because of their 1 time generous free rescheduling policy, they were willing to wait for me to confirm a date which I’ve found many other companies don’t do for free.Class:I had James and he was great. I really appreciate that he acknowledged everyone learns differently. That gave me great relief. He made the course fun and very engaging in activities. I certainly had a lot of fun. Their CPR people have little lights to show if you’re going at a right rate. Which I found very fancy and cool!Overall:I found everyone here very helpful, understanding and kind. I will definitely come back to renew and recommend for all!

Erika was amazing and made learning how to safe someone and help someone really look easy. I feel super confident to assist anyone who may need me to help them. Thank you again and I will be back again in three years.
