What a rude team works here. I went to get a frozen hot chocolate (this is how it was called years ago),at other locations they always know what I want and sometimes they ask if I meant to say Frocho and I say yes. I really don't like the Frocho name for the drink, the other name at least was funny because it is very contradicting. Anyway, I went to this branch and they ended up giving me a normal hot chocolate but I know I was charged for the frozen one because I know how much they are. I let them know and they proceed to change it. When I left the store I realized that they proceeded to make the worst frozen hot chocolate they have ever made but I had no time to go back and tell them to make it right.I went there again a couple of days after and this time I wanted a hot chocolate, not frozen because it was the morning. The cashier was the same lady and she was already angry, I think this is her standard mood ... which is unfortunate because makes you not want to go. She clearly remembered me because she asked you want the hot chocolate ... normal

Worst watery Americano ever! Wish I walked the extra block to Starbucks. Want my $4 back. Addendum: Management at Second Cup is now offering me a free drink. Sorry you have no convenient locations anywhere I travel and I wouldn’t accept another horrible cup of watery coffee if you paid me to drink it. My apologies but you left a bland taste in my heart and don’t wish a repeat. Zero stars for Second Cup, and maybe try training your staff to make better coffee? There’s a reason why no Second Cups are left in this city. I’d still love my $4 back too.

The place is cozy and nicely designed. I wish they would clean the tables and chairs from liquid and food. Moreover, as other reviews suggest, customer service is poor. The lady who served me didn't pay attention to my order and kept talking to her co- worker, not smiling, not welcoming absolutely no human connection. Also the beverage I ordered (cappuccino) had no flavor. This place is not my cup of coffee.

This morning, I stood at the counter, unacknowledged, for 3-5 minutes while 2 staff made drinks for the only other customer in the shop who was not already seated and served. (Total customers in the shop including myself:3) I conversed with my grand-daughter, telling her what a treat it was for me to be able to get a Second Cup coffee. (We don't have one in our town). No friendly comments from the staff. My grand-daughter grew bored and left. Finally, I left too.I ran a small business. That kind of rudeness is unacceptable. I returned to tell the 2 young women why I left - that they should at least acknowledge a customer. (Maybe with was a teachable moment.) Their answer: we were busy! Seriously? May I suggest to the manager of the store that they do a little more customer service training with their staff? A friendly we'll be with you shortly" would have transformed this encounter into a more pleasant experience for both your customers and your staff."

The worst experience of my life at a coffee shop. The staff have so much attitude and so much ego . I went in to buy an ice coffee today, and there for 3 people behind the cash who look they were running the place with their unnecessary attitude. The eldest one, middle age woman with black hair had a very unpleasant and unwelcoming face on. This store needs to reconsider what type of person they hire to run the store.

I got served well. And got a nice spot outside. Inside was clean and cozy too.She was professional.I tried the summer cotton candy and it tasted sweet but not too much.

Rude Service, I was just explaining that the change they gave me is wrong missing 1$, and almost like the way they act is I’m lying, and the other one is like telling me to shut up. This is the worst Second Cup. They better fix their attitude as well, their stuffs is not cheap to get a treatment like that.

I come to the location occasionally because it's close to work, but frankly the staff lack warmth and customer service. Even when there is no one in line the staff rush you to make your order and send you to the end of the counter. One staff in particular makes no effort to smile or welcome you. Makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

Good coffee and pastries like most Second Cups. It can get really busy when a big conference is going on. Sometimes the service is lacking, but other times it is good. Really hit or miss.

Great location with plenty of comfortable seating. Went in there for a coffee and ended up with a flavored Irish Coffee and Lavender Citrus Spritzer as they don't serve hot apple cider anymore. However, these two drinks were fantastic and my son and I were more than satisfied with our drinks and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks
