Lots of history here look hard enough you'll see small plaques near trees and many things that give you ideas of what it was like historically. Watch your step though as many dogs frequent this area both on and off leash.

Great open green space in the business downtown next to the craziness of the Gardener and Lakeshore.Thou limited in facilities if not for access to the Bentway washrooms, then porta potty it is.Dog lovers delight.

Wonderful park especially to watch stars in the evening. The nights are absolutely amazing here. It's situated adjacent to the famous Bentway. Great park to walk dogs and usually houses several art exhibitions

What a great hidden gem of the city. The park is huge and gives you an unbeatable view of the city. The bridge crossing makes it convinient to go to King Street with tons of restaurants and cafes. Very pet friendly park and the doggos seem to love it.

Great open space next to the Fort for events, people to relax and hang out, and dog lovers. A lot of dog socialization and play here, and it's very welcome for those wanting to give their pets a bit of a run and more social interaction than just walking down the street. Easy connection across to Liberty Village as well.

It was my first time in the same neighborhood. Surrounded by housing communities on all sides, the Garrison Common do provide a serene environment for the public to unwind & take their pets out for a walk as well.Many events take up this place as their venue due to its strategic & historical significance.Once you get down from the street car, you can walk towards the bridge & take the stairs underneath the bridge to get to this open space.A great place for a picnic or an evening walk.

Beautiful park located along The Bentway with nice views of the City skyline. Large enough to host events with thousands of people. Vegandale fest is probably one of the biggest summer events hosted here every year.

What a piece of History it was like going back in time this place is a really cool place to find out the history of Old York Toronto our history is steeped deep and the way that Toronto was built and designed is very amazing take time out to learn check this place out

Great outdoor space and attached to historic Fort York. June 17, 2023 was the Na-me-res Community feast. Pow wow. Fantastic! Go today or make plans for next years annual event. Information booths, vendors and food as side show. Long line-up for food. However, the main attraction for me was the dancing and ALL are encouraged to join in. A blast. And learn about indigenous culture.
