Inferior management team and terrible customer service. If the shop you are looking for in Kitchener, Waterloo Guelph or Cambridge uses them for delivery, RUN or use the alternative delivery options.

If you have other options for the services they provide, go with it! You’d be better to deliver it yourself!Very poor customer service!Have seen them about town and they were parked blocking a fire route at one occasion and also saw them blow past a school bus with flashing reds!I hope the bus company followed through with a plate number and reported it .They certainly weren’t speeding with a delivery based on the service I received lolI always try to support local business.Will not be a repeat customer with this business that’s for sure!
