I feel like 5 stars is not enough, I would give 10. My daughter had a very specific need and not only were they helpful over the phone, but once we got there, their service was amazing. The young guy working went in and out to the parking lot at least 5 times, bringing us different sizes and styles because we could not go in due to the lockdown. He was incredibly patient. I could not have been happier with our experience and we wound up with the perfect pair of shoes for my daughter's needs.

Went in, got helped immediately, sized up for some new runners and got a discount to boot. Great selection of high-end running shoes and accessories. Will go back for a running jacket in the future.

Amazing experience, brought all 4 kids in yesterday to get shoes multiple staff members helped to measure the kids and make sure the shoes fit great. Was expecting to pay a lot more. Each kid got a great pair of shoes saucony, new balance etc. was an amazing experience over all. Definitely recommend for anyone.

I recently purchased the New Balance V13 shoes from this store, and I was impressed by their prompt shipping. However, I encountered a small issue with the shoes and decided to reach out via email. To my surprise, I received a call back from Kyle within just 5 minutes. Kyle was incredibly kind and considerate, going above and beyond to address my concerns. The exceptional customer service I experienced has left me extremely satisfied, to the point where I plan to place two more orders from this store. It's rare to find such outstanding after-sales support, but here I truly felt valued as a customer. Kyle is undoubtedly an asset to this company.

Went in with my two young boys today and the staff were so patient, kind and fun. They encouraged my kids to run and test eacg pair of shoes. They tried half sizes up and down. The staff talked about the colour of shoes and helped the boys pick what they liked while still ensuring a good fit in a well made shoe. Ordering in special sizes was so helpful! Thanks to your staff for making errands easy and fun with young kids!
