All around, our experience with this dealership was awesome. Our sales person, Brandon Ridgeway, went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, which were a lot. Lol. Would not recommend..still waiting for sunroof to be fixed after purchasing an overpriced SUV one year ago.Should have walked away right then.Said they would fix a few issuesAir conditioner not fixed...said it was but found out motor was shot.. plastic piece covered the rust on the hood Poor customer service Did not return calls.Will not send anyone to this business Lesson learned on my part!

I never write a bad review about a company but I want to share this experience as it is quite upsetting to me. I bought a used car at parsons last year. Paid cash. I was told a 2 year MVI would be done. After test driving the car, I asked for two things to be done. Thats it. For the breaks to be serviced and changed if needed and for the AC to be serviced or recharged if needed. A year into this car, I have now had to spend $900 on both my breaks (which were shown to be factory VW brakes so they weren’t changed as I was told) and now I had to have a diagnostic and recharge done on an empty AC. So if you want something done from them, MAKE SURE you have proof the things are done, as they will sell you the car without it being done to save them money and cost you more in the long run.

I bought a chevy aveo from these guys that had over a year inspection sticker and they told me it had nothing wrong but some surface rust on it, yeah right buddy. it has a big hole in the frame the front strut tower is rusted out bad meaning the car legally couldn't get inspected like that and I haven't even mentioned that the bottom strut bolts were turned on one thread each, they were loose as hell meaning my wheel could have fallen off while driving . they won't hep me at all. Didn't do nothing and won't give me my money back.
