Money Mart

I had a really awful experience here. I was simply trying to send some money via western union to my family. But the guy at the counter interrogated me like I am some criminal or something. He demanded to know in a very rude and loud tone of voice and in front of all the customers behind me, what is my job, my salary, how long have I been working in my job etc. How is this even relevant??? I was not trying to get a payday loan, I was trying to simply send money. I have been using western union (at other places that are not moneymart) for years and have never, ever ever has any clerk been this rude and police-like with me. I left there feeling really bad and uncomfortable. I will never go back.

they NEVER have money even it’s only $400 you’re picking I swear….!I went there 3X’s they would tell me to call tomorrow? Then I called d next day? (Thurs)They sd ‘call before you come on MONDAY!!’stupid me? believing…I called Monday - they said they don’t have money yet till Tuesday…..in other words YOU CAN’T PICK UP MONEY THERE?!!!they only give money for LOANS!!!….does business bureau allow this or they don’t know ? Maybe I’ll call them as well.

Always been my go to branch. Cashiers are polite and very professional. The place is tidy and convenient location.

I had the worst experience here. Lady is so rude she doesn't explain clearly she charged me way too much DO NOT GO THERE

Amy was my customer service rep. I could not ask for more - she was amazing and so sweet.

I've been to this location twice for the same reason, and twice they failed to solve it even with the head office's help.

Great customer service as I walked through the front doors me any my family were greeted with a big smile and positive attitude, the gentlemen there was very helpful.

This particular Money Mart, Guildford, has always been extremely courteous, and at times, helpful above and beyond. They have strived diligently to solve any issues that have Arisen for me over the years. Again this particular Money Mart has treated me as an individual, not a file. I would encourage anyone should they be heading to a Money Mart, head to the Money Mart in Guilford
