My move within Thornhill was excellent. I did not have a great deal of furniture but had quite a few boxes as I am an avid reader! The delivery was a bit of a slog for the guys as it was a walk up and had a couple flights of stairs, but they just marched up and down and the time they took was amazingly short! I imagined how long it would have taken me to do the same!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Look no further for your piano mover! I’ve now used Miracle Movers twice to move my full upright grand piano and every time their service is amazing! They show a great deal of care with the piano and my home with blankets, covering corners, rubber wheels to protect floors, planning out their optional paths and selecting the best one, etc.... Their scheduling is reliable and they send updates as the ETA become more precise. Pricing is fair and reasonable based on shopping around many piano movers.

The driver and the two helpers arrived on Saturday, after introductions they immediately set up by placing mats on the floor and began to work. After I showed them each room, they began placing the boxes and furniture In each room as marked on the boxes. They worked steadily and efficiently. Each of them were very nice and friendly. After they completed their assignment each of them said goodbye to me prior to leaving. The driver and I signed the documents and I provided the final payment. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you for taking good care of my furniture and other items with kindness. I would certainly recommend others to Miracle Movers.

At first we weren't 100% sure we'd hire a company to do this type of service for us since I've seen so many people talking badly about other moving companies online, so I just reached out to some of the best rated ones to check how was the service done, prices and so on.From the very start Miracle Movers provided prompt and detailed responses, always following up and asking for details, Tessa, especifically was amazing.After that we decided to give it a try with them and we do not regret it, not even for one second! Totally worth it!They've done a great job, from the phone/email support to actually moving our furniture, acommodating them in their truck and delivering to the next place. Everything was smooth and done perfectly.I'm sure I'll call them again for future moving when it comes.

Nothing but praise for the two gentlemen Abdul and Dima that helped me move.Highly professional and quick with a good amount of personality which helped a tedious task feel much easier.Total time was only 2 hours and 45 minutes for a full move from a 1 bedroom apartment with a relatively average amount of boxes and furniture.I would definitely recommend them to anyone that might be moving soon.Sincerely,Ahmed Ameen

Very happy with the service I got from Miracle Movers. Decently priced for a Saturday, they moved my son from one area of Toronto to another close by, he told me he was happy with them. He only had a Studio and they were done in 2.5 hrs. I like the fact they only charged in 15 mins intervals above the minimum requirement. Prompt, efficient service responding to me. Very transparent, easy to understand what is required. Would use them again.

We have two offices in two different locations, well done with the co-ordination. So moving for me whether it personal or business is very important and its about trust! We had our share of fail movers whom promise the world and didn’t deliver it. With Miracle Movers, right from the initial phone when looking for quote I got this sense of confidence of being in the right hands.The movers themselves had great personality and were very professional but yet very personal, quality of their work was excellent. I want to thank our co-ordinators and the teams for the amazing job they did helping my client vacate almost 3 floors of furniture, files, storage and equipment in a very short amount of time. We had literally 2 weeks to clear out a building by taking apart furniture and workstations, preparing it to be moved to 3 different cities, some out of province, and Eugene and his team were great! I would highly recommend them for any move/decommissioning project you can throw at them.

We had a great experience with Miracle Movers. The crew that worked with us (Andrew, Vlad and Ilya) were outstanding!! They worked quickly but making sure all our belongings were safe and protected. Their level of energy didn’t diminish from 8 am to 8pm. They were respectful, kind and did what we requested with enthusiasm, providing a great customer service!! Getting a rate and how much approximately it was going to cost us moving was complicated. I called three moving companies and then ended up with Miracle. The moving coordinator asked me to describe what furniture I have in every room, and she gave me an approximate price based on that. I contacted her more than once and she was always available and emailed me back immediately. She even emailed through the process of paying. The pickup and delivery crew were very professional and helpful. They packed everything and put things in the box. At the beginning, I didn't think my things will fit when I saw the truck but they figured out how to put everything, which let me know they’re doing their thing. They took about five hours from stopping the car then working, they stored the things in their facility for two days, they delivered it the day after, and then took about the same time or less to get everything out of the truck. Everything worked out and I’m thankful. Miracle Movers was honest and the experience was pleasant and less stressful.
